Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How often are new groups opened?

We are a small group of teachers from Latin America with plans to become a full-fledged language academy. New beginner (A1.1) groups are opened every 2 to 3 months. By 2027, we plan to offer additional teaching levels.

How long does each level last, and what is the price?

Spanish classes are offered at levels A1 and A2, with B1, B2, and C1 coming soon.

Each level is divided into sublevels:

  • A1 has 5 sublevels: A1.1, A1.2, A1.3, A1.4, and A1.5 (5 months, one sublevel per month)
  • A2 has 5 sublevels: A2.1, A2.2, A2.3, A2.4, and A2.5 (5 months, one sublevel per month)

The cost is €250 per month, which includes 8 classes per month (a total of 12 hours), digital learning materials, and access to class recordings for 3 months.

To open a new class, a minimum of 3 students is required, and each class has a maximum of 5 students.

What are our teaching rules?

For us, it is important that our students are committed to learning and follow these rules to progress to the next levels or sublevels:

  • Students will be given homework and exercises, which are mandatory to reinforce learning.
  • Students will be continuously assessed, and at the end of the month, a test will be given. The minimum passing score is 70/100.
  • Only 2 absences per month are allowed.
  • Classes start at the scheduled time. Students have a 10-minute grace period to join; after that, it is considered tardiness. Three tardies will count as one absence.

Are the classes personalized or conversational?

At the moment, only group classes are available. We plan to open new schedules soon for personalized or conversational classes. However, our current classes use a methodology focused on conversation.

Do you offer payment refunds?

Payment refunds are only issued if the minimum number of enrolled students is not met. Refunds will be made through the same payment method, after the student confirms the request via email or WhatsApp.

Should I learn Spanish from Spain or Latin America?

Both are correct and mutually understandable.
The main differences are accent, some vocabulary, and expressions.
The best approach is to learn a “neutral” Spanish first and then adapt to the country where you plan to travel, work, or live.
